Facilitating the transition to becoming a leading co-ed facility.

Prior to the Winchester College Boarding House project, we provided Cost Consultancy services on the initial strategic masterplan. The strategy was developed to support the college in its transition from a boys-only facility into a co-ed, with the masterplan involving the construction of new girls’ boarding house, growth and expansion of the campus to further facilitate the transition, and overall enhancement of all existing facilities site-wide.
