Bristow Consulting have been appointed to deliver this New Build 250 key Hotel in Manchester. This site overlooks the River Medlock and is situated within the larger Mayfield Master plan zone.

Bristow are proud to be supporting Phoenix Capital Partners on their Green Hotel Fund – GHF in the role as multi-disciplinary Project Manager , Cost Manager and Employers Agents on this Single Stage D&B Project.

Bristow are working with Tier 1 International hotel operator to deliver a +4 star New Build Hotel project, comprising of

250 keys. Design feasibility and massing exercise is ongoing to develop the optimum scheme whilst reducing the build costs where possible.

This scheme will benefit from enhanced Enabling technologies, such as Photo-voltaic, Air source heat pumps, battery storage solutions and ICMS 5 – BMS systems to monitoring and adjust energy outputs.
