Eltham College Science Building

Cost Management for a multi-phased refurbishment of the existing Science Building at Eltham College.

A multi-phased project including the phased refurbishment of the existing Science Building, the redevelopment will also create two new extensions to house additional design and technology laboratories in support of the college’s growth and transition to a co-ed, independent educational institution.

The phased projects are set to span a five-year period. Phase One is currently under construction.
