551B High Road, which is being developed on Tottenham High Road, is an important component in LB Haringey's revitalisation of Bruce Grove, particularly in terms of supporting independent businesses. The existing listed building will be transformed and expanded as part of the project to produce a new community enterprise centre featuring a café, a community event space, and affordable work space.
The newly constructed area aims to maximise the building's potential in order to revitalise the town centre and spur economic activity along and behind the High Road. In addition to the café, event space and work space, the project comprises significant enhancements to the public realm and work related to the Network Rail assets interface.
